Contact our hotline or message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID (e.g., MF2610...) and state the replacement size you require.
Ensure the garment remains unwashed, unworn, and retains its original brand labels and poly bag.
Our courier partner will deliver your new size right to your doorstep and collect the original item in one smooth handover.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return
An item is eligible for exchange or return under the following circumstances:
- Size or Fitting Discrepancy: The garment feels too snug or loose, and you desire an alternate size.
- Manufacturing Defect: Any flaw in fabric weave, button attachments, or stitching imperfections.
- Incorrect Dispatch: You received a different size, shade, or design than what was confirmed in your order.
- Transit Damage: The packaging or item sustained physical damage during shipping.
Exchange Shipping Fee Structure
1. Defect or Store Error: If an exchange is necessitated due to an incorrect dispatch or manufacturing fault, all return and re-delivery charges are 100% FREE!
2. Customer Preference / Sizing Change: If the exchange is initiated due to personal preference change or customer’s own sizing re-selection, only standard nominal courier logistics fees apply.
Conditions Where Returns Cannot Be Accepted
• Requests made after 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the delivery timestamp.
• Garments that show signs of wear, laundering, alterations, or traces of perfume/deodorant.
• Items missing original brand tags, price tags, or authentic packaging.
• Personalized or custom-tailored apparel (if applicable).
